Carly's mission is to educate clients so that they can become their own "nutritionist". Through her clinical experience of over 1200 clients, she has obtained the tools necessary to coach a wide spectrum of individuals.

Carly holds a Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach by the prestigious CHEK Institute. Her passion for new knowledge keeps her on the cutting edge of nutrition.

Carly started seeing clients as one of the first nutritionists for Whole Foods Market. In the two years she spent with Whole Foods, she saw hundreds of clients with goals ranging from weight loss to healthy eating for Cancer and Diabetes.

Carly's no-nonsense approach to lifestyle coaching will guide you through this journey with honesty, caring and laughter. Carly currently resides in Austin where she works with clients in her private practice and lectures throughout the United States.

Kathryn Lampert

Nutritional Wisdom's clinical assistant Kathryn Lampert

Kathryn is a graduate of Texas State University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition. Originally from Louisiana, she was attracted to Austin for its commitment to health and outdoor scene, and moved here after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University. Kathryn's passion for living a balanced lifestyle and sharing her knowledge with others led her to pursue a career in nutrition. As Nutritional Wisdom's clinical assistant, Kathryn looks forward to growing with the company and working with the community. She enjoys long-distance running, swimming, and yoga, as well as any activity that challenges the body. Kathryn also loves to cook and experiment with different flavors to come up with new, inventive recipes.

Carly is proud to serve as the exclusive nutritionist for the LIVESTRONG Foundation headquarters, Rogue Running and Woodward CrossFit.

Success Stories

I went to see Carly after finally getting tired of looking at my gut in the mirror. I had already started to eat better but was still making bad food choices. So after a friend of mine went to see her I decided to schedule time with her. She put me on a zero sugar restriction for 10 days. Being Asian it was hard for me to give up rice, but I did. I started off at 274 +/-4 lbs. after the no sugars period I was down to 268.

Carly setup a meal outline for me, since my body craves protein she recommended foods that were high in protein. So I started cooking at home again, not drinking soft drinks and switched from white to brown rice. After changing my food intake to include higher protein items I didn't need a energy drink in the mornings anymore - Before I saw Carly I was up to 2 Redbulls or Steas in the morning just to get awake, I would also eat a lot of sugary stuff like donuts or pastries. After getting on the new meal plan I no longer needed caffeine AT ALL!!

So to wrap it all up it's been 2 months since I started, and now I'm bouncing around the 250 mark. So dropping 24 pounds in 2 months ain't bad!
